12'x18' Reinforced Nylon U.S. Flag

Flags International is proud of our premium quality, reinforced, nylon United States flag. This flag is made of 200-denier DuPont Solar Max nylon, the finest fabric in the industry to resist color fading. Each flag has individually embroidered stars and sewn stripes, each carefully assembled using a full ¼” turn on all seams. The stripes are sewn with color-matched thread using a chain stitch method on the horizontal stripes for added durability and X-Box stitched at each horizontal seam. The fly end is finished not only with the widest hem but also with four rows of lock stitching and reinforced with the X-Box corners. 102 stitches in the X-Box make these flags the strongest in the industry. The heading is a heavy nine-ounce heavy-duty canvas, all flags from 8’ x 12’ and larger utilize the heavy-duty canvas heading with the heavy-chrome D-Rings for additional durability on the larger flags.
