3'x5' Reinforced 2-Ply Poly Extra U.S. Flag

Flags International is proud of our premium quality, reinforced, 2-Ply Poly Extra United States flag line. This flag is made of 2-ply polyester fabric loomed and dyed to withstand weather and maintain it’s crisp appearance. As with our Reinforced Nylon U.S. Flags, each flag has individually embroidered stars and sewn stripes, carefully assembled using a full ¼” turn on all seams. The stripes are sewn with heavy-twist nylon color-matched thread using a unilateral chain stitch method on the horizontal stripes for added durability and optimum strength. The fly end is finished not only with the widest hem but also with four rows of lock stitching and reinforced with the X-Box corners. The 102 stitches in the X-Box make these flags the strongest in the industry. The heading is a heavy nine-ounce heavy-duty canvas, all flags from 8’ x 12’ and larger utilize the heavy-duty canvas heading with the heavy-chrome D-Rings for additional durability on the larger flags.
