Examine the item upon receipt!
If you do not like the item, send it back for a refund!
Return the item within 7 days of receipt
in its original packaging without using it
and we will refund your purchase price!
Exceptions:
§ Shipping is not refunded
§ If the original packaging is missing or damaged, there will be a 20% re-stocking charge.
§ If the product has been used, there will be no refund (experienced flag makers can tell)
§ Special order items or custom orders are not returnable!
