I’d like to express my heartfelt thanks for your handling of my recent order.
I received an e-mail saying that the flag had to be made to order. When I explained that it was for a funeral, I was assured that I would receive my flag the next day. Later I received a phone call to let me know that the flag was being made as we spoke and would arrive on time.
My family was able to honor the last wishes of a dearly loved father, and we have an incredible heirloom to cherish and pass on to future generations. The flag is perfectly made and we will honor and cherish it forever.
It is this level of personal service that sets your company apart from others. I cannot express my gratitude for your compassionate and professional response to our situation.

Dear David,
On behalf of the Mishawaka Police Department, Jim Szuba's family and the City of Mishawaka, we want to extend our most sincere appreciation to you and to everyone at Flags International for your generosity of the 300 flags donation to John Young Middle School, and notes of sympathy during the sad events of the past few weeks.
Unfortunately, the tragic loss of Officer Szuba and Ricky have left their family, our Mishawaka Police Department, the city of Mishawaka and our entire community with a very sad loss to endure. Quality Flags
My son, Malcolm, ordered us a (Union Jack) British Flag from you 2 years ago and we loved the quality. Thanks so much. My wife and I fly the American flag and the British flag outside our house to represent both of our countries. Our neighbors and friends love it! We give directions to our house using it as a marker.

Flagpole Installation
Thank you so much for all your time and effort that made it possible to have the flagpole installed. A pole in a container and a flag in a box are just things, but when you put the pole up and attaché the flag, they just seem to come to life.
Your skill in installing a “perfectly leveled” pole was top notch. I have included some pictures that show what a great job you did.
